Walgreens Nominations and NPS and 5 Years With Walgreens

At our location, we take great pride in ensuring that our customers are aware of the surveys and that their feedback is valued. In August 2022, we were recognised as the recipient of the “Best NPS” award for our district. My supervisor, Steve McGlennen, was presented this certificate. He covered up his name with a printed sign that read “Store Team,” acknowledging that the victory was a collective achievement of the team. I was able to take this photo before he covered his name.

One of my colleagues, who is 65 years of age, shared her experience of working in retail for her entire life. She expressed her admiration for Steve as the most exceptional manager she has ever encountered. This testimony serves as a testament to Steve’s exceptional leadership and management abilities.

I was nominated for the Champion of Champions award at my store location for “Curious for Innovation/Improvement” 2023 Award. I received a certificate of my nomination signed by Holly May, Executive Vice President & Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Walgreens.

I have been employed at Walgreens for five years, from 2019 to 2024. I received a letter signed by Holly May, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer.

I was nominated again for the Champion of Champions award with Walgreens Co at my store location. I was nominated for "Curious for Innovation/Improvement" 2024 Award. I received a text from my boss (Steve)  after I already left Walgreens Co due to moving October 2024.  He let me know I was nominated and sent me a photo of the award. My mom, still living locally was able to pick up a copy of the nomination for me.
